Atlas Aura is not responsible for cancellations made by third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, or tour operators) and any associated costs.

7. Client Responsibilities

Travel agencies are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting services, including specific preferences, dietary restrictions, or special accommodation needs for their clients. Agencies must also ensure that their clients are informed of the details of their travel arrangements and any policies related to their bookings.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

Atlas Aura works with trusted local partners in Morocco to deliver the services offered. We are not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers, including hotels, restaurants, or transportation services. Any disputes or issues related to third-party services must be addressed with the relevant provider directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Atlas Aura Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Atlas Aura or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of our Site without prior written consent from Atlas Aura.
